Application process

what is the application process

All prospective Work Team Members are asked to book a visit to meet the Just the Job team, see what we do and chat about your skills, suitability, and eligibility.

  • If an application is to progress, we ask that a recent care plan/support assessment and information for funding a placement is shared.
  • You can then book a free ‘Taster Session’ to have first-hand experience of our activities and make an informed decision about joining us at Just the Job.
  • After this session, a formal application can be made.
