Just the Job is a not-for-private-profit Social Enterprise, operating in Richmondshire & Hambleton (North Yorkshire), which aims to provide employment, education, work based training and social opportunities for vulnerable and/or disadvantaged people.
The company's objectives are to provide long term employment chances for people with 'Special Work Needs' by providing an environmental, sustainable and ethical service to its customers and, by working closely with local businesses to enable the progression of its Work Team Members. Just the Job's Partnership with Hipswell Habitat Project provides a range of benefits for both organisations, from composting to grounds maintenance and horticultural learning opportunities.
